My name is Rosie J, and I am an experienced home carer with a passion for helping others. I am a female carer with a wide range of care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care. I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in caring for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Anxiety, Depression, Osteoporosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
One of the advantages I bring to the table is my ability to drive, as well as having my own car. This allows me to provide transportation for my clients, ensuring they have the support they need to get to appointments, engage in social activities, or run errands.
In addition to my driving capabilities, I have a variety of skills that make me a well-rounded carer. I am experienced in assisting with bathing, toileting, and dressing, as well as providing companionship and cooking nutritious meals. These skills, coupled with my caring and friendly personality, enable me to create a safe and comfortable environment for those in my care.
Outside of work, I enjoy activities such as walking, dancing, playing card games, solving puzzles, and practicing yoga. These hobbies allow me to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, which in turn benefits my clients. I also have a love for animals and am comfortable caring for pets, including cats, fish, rabbits, birds, and turtles.
Being a carer is not just a job for me; it is a calling. I find great satisfaction in helping people lead independent lives and providing the support they need to live their best lives.
